How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched same day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all UK orders over £25. Orders under £25 incur a flat £2.99 delivery charge.

What is your returns policy?

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to arrange a return.

How do I get a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.

Are your cables compatible with all broadband providers?

Yes — our cables and accessories are compatible with all major UK providers including BT, Sky, Virgin Media, and TalkTalk.

Do you ship internationally?
