These are original equipment High Frequency isolators as used by Virgin Media but these are supplied without the Virgin Media logo.

An isolator conditions the incoming signal and prevents damage to your equipment when there is a lightning strike on the network.

These are necessary because the underground cables + street cabinets are often hit by lightning creating high voltage power surges
